Bill Sherr, President and founder of Sherr Development Corporation, has a career history based upon customer service and customer satisfaction. Mr. Sherr co-founded Frank's Nursery & Crafts, Inc., in 1946. With careful guidance and direction, Frank's grew from a single store on Detroit's east side to a thriving 127 store garden and craft merchandise chain. Mr. Sherr sold Frank's in 1983. After building the nation's leading garden center retail chain, he then chose to pursue a lifelong ambition in the home-building industry.
